Landa – Nano-Metallography for the metallization market

Metallization samples produced with the Nano-Metallography technology

ISRAEL • Landa has announced a new nanotechnology for the graphics metallization market. The company’s new Nano-Metallography technology is said to offer zero-waste metallization and reducing costs by more than half compared to foil.

It is operable with the full spectrum of conventional printing technologies, including narrow-web flexo, offset and screen for the production of labels, sheetfed offset for folding carton and commercial printing, web-offset for publishing and wide-web flexo and gravure for flexible packaging. The company expects this technology to be available to customers in 2017.

Throughout Drupa 2016, Landa will hold live product demonstrations of Nano-Metallography on a narrow-web label press. Also, the company will hold theater presentations five times a day for the entire duration of the exhibition.
