BELGIUM • Labelexpo 2015 once again has been a huge success for ETI Converting Equipment. The Digital Mini-Cohesio machine attracted numerous visitors on the ETI stand.

Coming from all over the world, visitors to the ETI stand took the opportunity to find out about the new Digital Mini-Cohesio equipped with a JFlex unit capable of running at 84 m/min (275 fpm) with a high-quality printing of 14 micron dots at 1600 x 1375 dpi. After printing, labels, formed by a 80 gsm high gloss paper and a 18 micron PET liner, were die-cut with a Pellicut, the ETI high speed rotary die-cutting system for thin liners.

Moreover, with no fewer than 30 live demonstrations, visitors were able to see that this flexible equipment, combining two printing processes, flexo and digital, allows them not only to print but also to manufacture a finished pressure sensitive labels in one pass.
