SWEDEN • A Highcon Euclid was recently sold to Gafs Kartong AB, of Värnamo, Sweden. The 25-employee company is the first in the Nordic region to buy a Euclid digital cutting and creasing machine for folding cartons. According to Highcon, the Euclid transforms cutting and creasing from an analogue to a digital workflow, streamlining the post-print process.

Lasse Svärd, Gafs Sales Director and co-owner, said: “When the Highcon Euclid was introduced at Drupa 2012, we immediately saw huge potential for us and our customers.”

Founded in 1947, Gafs Kartong is a third generation family owned and operated carton manufacturer. Successfully supplying all major industries, with customers ranging from small one-person manufacturing companies, to large multinational brand owners.
