Joint-venture to introduce new narrow web digital printer

The toner based C71cf narrow web digital printer

USA • Anderson & Vreeland and Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A. agreed to establish a joint-venture distribution agreement to introduce the new bizhub press C71cf specifically designed for narrow web applications. It will be marketed in North America by Anderson & Vreeland.

The C71cf is a toner based press that offers CMYK imaging at up to 13.4 m/min (44 fpm) with resolution of 1200 x 1200 dpi and optical resolution of 3600 dpi. The print width is 330 mm (13”) and the maximum repeat is 1200 mm (47”). Files are accepted in PDF, PS and TIF formats, and the press is compatible with pressure sensitive, PP/PET and synthetic labelstocks. Finishing can be accomplished inline or offline.

Anderson & Vreeland, based in Bryan, Ohio, USA, has been supplying the narrow web industry with machinery and materials for more than 50 years. Konica Minolta Business Solutions USA is headquartered in Ramsey, New Jersey, USA.
